About

Meet Casey 

Health and wellness has always been part of my life, but confidence wasn’t.

​

I was shy growing up. It wasn’t until I got into sports and fitness that I started to come out of my shell and build confidence in myself. I ran (a lot), and lifted here and there,but I always stayed on the “safe” side of the gym.

 

The weight room felt intimidating.

 

When I finally stepped into that space, I went at the quietest times, hoping no one would notice me.

But over time, something shifted.

I stopped just “working out” and started training with intention. I learned how to lift, really lift. And that’s when everything changed. Not just physically, but mentally. My confidence, strength, and mindset all leveled up.

What I Do Now

Since 2015, I’ve been helping women do the same.

Not just learn how to strength train but build confidence in who they are. My approach is simple: no extremes, no quick fixes, and no living on cardio machines.

In 2023, I became a certified nutrition coach so I could help women not only train better but fuel their bodies well.

Because real results don’t come from doing more.
They come from doing the right things consistently.

In-Home 1:1
Personal Training

Simply Strong offers in-home personal training through our certified coaching team.

​

Our trainers bring strength-focused sessions directly to your home, following the Simply Strong method — structured, effective, and sustainable.

 

While Casey is no longer accepting new 1:1 personal training clients, she oversees programming, coaching standards, and client experience to ensure every client receives high-quality support.

1:1 Virtual Nutrition, Lifestyle & Training Coaching

Personalized coaching that combines nutrition guidance, lifestyle support, and structured workouts — all delivered virtually through the Simply Strong app.

​

Casey works 1:1 with clients on calorie targets, protein and fiber intake, daily routines, recovery, and customized workouts designed to support long-term progress without extremes.

​

This option is ideal if you want individualized guidance, accountability, and a clear plan without in-home personal training sessions.
