About Casey

Health and wellness has always been a passion of mine. In my younger years, I was a very shy individual, but through sports and fitness, I found confidence in myself. Athletics have always been a part of my life, so I ran (a lot) and would lift some weights here or there. I always wanted to go to the "other" side of the gym, but it was intimidating. When I did go, I would pick the time of day that had the least amount of people in the weight room. As I continued through my fitness journey, I figured out the benefits of not only lifting, but lifting like the guys! Once I figured this out, my confidence, mentally and physically, completely changed.
 

I have been training and coaching since 2015, helping other women gain confidence not only in strength training, but in themselves! It’s about creating a stronger version from the inside out and getting off the diet mindset.  Ready to pick up some real weights, eat real food and get off the cardio machines? I am ready to help you get there.  ~Casey

Simply Strong offers in-home personal training through our certified coaching team.

Our trainers bring strength-focused sessions directly to your home, following the Simply Strong method — structured, effective, and sustainable.

 

While Casey is no longer accepting new 1:1 personal training clients, she oversees programming, coaching standards, and client experience to ensure every client receives high-quality support.

1:1 Virtual Nutrition, Lifestyle & Training Coaching

Personalized coaching that combines nutrition guidance, lifestyle support, and structured workouts — all delivered virtually through the Simply Strong app.

Casey works 1:1 with clients on calorie targets, protein and fiber intake, daily routines, recovery, and customized workouts designed to support long-term progress without extremes.

​

This option is ideal if you want individualized guidance, accountability, and a clear plan without in-home personal training sessions.
